Mr. Nolan is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the corporate and finance group.  His practice focuses on general corporate law in the representation of public and private companies.

Mr. Nolan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Mr. Nolan received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he was managing editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.  He received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Vorys, Mr. Nolan served as a Legislative Fellow at the Office of United States Senator Sherrod Brown.
