Ford Talks about NLRB Regional Director's Decision on Northwestern Football Players with News 92FM

Jackie Ford, a partner in the Columbus and Houston offices and a member of the labor and employment group, spoke with News 92FM Houston about a recent decison from an NLRB regional director. In his decision, the regional director found that college football players at Northwestern University, who receive scholarships, are employees and therefore are entitled to the right to organize.
