Vorys partner Pamela Bresnahan was a member of a panel discussion at the 2010 Legal Malpractice & Risk Management Conference on March 3. The panel examined developments in litigating legal malpractice claims, how a client’s failure to maintain files can be a defense and how to handle defenses that would have been affirmative in the underlying case.
