Vorys partner Benita Kahn will present a workshop entitled ‘The Law and Data Security: Legal Developments Protecting Consumer Data’ at the National Association of Convenience Stores Show 2009 on October 21.
Ms. Kahn will discuss a survey of civil litigation, steps retailers can take to limit legal risks, as well as federal and state statutes, regulations and guidelines that impose data security obligations.
