Mr. Jackson’s presentation, ‘The Burdens of Technology: Attorney Duties in Electronic the Electronic Age,’ will discuss:
- A lawyer’s duties related to the awareness and preservation of a client’s electronically stored information
- The distinction between reasonably accessible and unaccessible electronically stored information
- How to ethically handle inadvertently produced documents and accidental emails
Mr. Jackson will also present, ‘Interest Rates Under Till: After Eight Years, What Does Till Tell Us?,’ on March 24.
