Kelly Selected for the 2024-2025 Emerging Issues INTA Committee

Maureen Kelly, an associate in the Vorys Pittsburgh office, was selected for the 2024-2025 Emerging Issues Committee for the International Trademark Association (INTA).  The Emerging Issues Committee identifies and advocates their policy on important trends and emerging issues related to trademarks that are not covered by other “issue” committees.

Kelly focuses her practice on trademark law, copyright law and online brand protection.  She handles matters related to trademark prosecution, trademark infringement and internet traffic diversion both in the United States and abroad.  Kelly has additional experience drafting consent and coexistence agreements and trademark licenses, as well as counseling clients on a variety of issues related to intellectual property rights.
