Private Oil and Gas Royalties

Vorys attorney David W. Hardymon will present a report on recent royalty litigation developments in Appalachia at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation's Special Institute.

The purpose of this Special Institute, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Denver, Colorado, is both to review what has been occurring in royalty lawsuits at the courthouses in recent years and to assess where the recent experiences in royalty litigation leave all parties in the industry in terms of the lessons learned and the anticipated trends for the future.
