Elizabeth H. Mykytiuk
Ms. Mykytiuk is a senior associate in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office where she is a member of the litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on professional liability and discipline, with an emphasis on legal malpractice defense. Ms. Mykytiuk has represented lawyers in malpractice cases involving divorce, employment litigation, patent protection, trust administration, entertainment law and real estate services. She has also represented lawyers in disciplinary matters. In addition, she provides counsel to insurers regarding insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Vorys, Ms. Mykytiuk was an associate at a regional law firm where she represented attorneys, law firms and other professionals in professional liability matters.
Ms. Mykytiuk is admitted in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
