Steven R. Miller
Mr. Miller is a staff attorney in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the labor and employment group. His practice includes counseling employers in all areas of employee relations. He has also defended employers from suits brought in State and Federal Courts across the country. Mr. Miller has also defended employers in administrative Actions brought before the EEOC and State and local fair employment practice agencies throughout the country.
His notable experience includes:
- Defending employers in class and collective actions nationwide
- Defending employers in charges of discrimination nationwide
Mr. Miller is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on all aspects of employment law, including sexual harassment, wage and hour law, and state and federal law dealing with equal employment opportunities.
Mr. Miller received his J.D., <I>summa cum laude</I> from the Michigan State University College of Law where he was a member of the Michigan State Law Review. He received his A.B. from Albion College.
