William A.I. McDonald
Mr. McDonald is an associate fellow and works with the firm’s litigation group in the Houston office. Prior to joining Vorys, he assisted the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality with environmental enforcement matters.
His notable experiences include:
- Serving as student attorney for the Travis County, Texas Juvenile Public Defender’s office
- Serving as a legislative intern for a Texas state senator
Mr. McDonald received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as the president of the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society. He also participated in moot court competitions and was a semifinalist in the 2010 Susman Godfrey Moot Court Competition. Mr. McDonald received his B.A. magna cum laude from Morehouse College and was a domestic exchange fellow at Stanford University.
