Robert J. Krummen
Mr. Krummen is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group. He has counseled and represented corporations, government entities, nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education in state and federal court in litigation, government relations and regulatory matters. He is experienced in appellate, constitutional, commercial, environmental, oil and gas, tort and securities litigation. Mr. Krummen also has extensive experience with amicus practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

- Representation in numerous successful party and amicus matters in the Ohio Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court
Mr. Krummen is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
Before joining Vorys, Mr. Krummen served as Deputy Solicitor for two Ohio Attorneys General, during which time he was responsible for a wide range of civil and criminal appeals on behalf of the State and its agencies in the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Krummen received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He received his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Krummen clerked for the Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
