Kelly N. Kremer

Ms. Kremer is a real estate paralegal in the Vorys Cincinnati office.  Her primary role is supporting attorneys with commercial and real estate transactions, in the area of HUD/FHA insured multifamily housing and elderly care facility closings.  She assists with document preparation, maintains closing files for commercial attorneys, handles filings at the county and state levels and conducts title, lien and encumbrance searches.  Ms. Kremer also maintains corporate records for many clients.
