Katherine A. Greiner

Ms. Greiner is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation group. She has a diverse litigation practice in which she represents large corporations, small businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts. Ms. Greiner specializes in probate, trust and fiduciary litigation and commercial litigation.

Career highlights include:

• Obtaining summary judgment in a multi-million dollar trust dispute
• Successfully arguing a motion to dismiss on behalf of a large bank

Ms. Greiner is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Ms. Greiner received her J.D. magna cum laude from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Policy. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Fordham University.
