Warren W. Glick
Mr. Glick is a retired partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office. He is engaged in international business transactions and advised financial institutions, U.S. exporters and foreign buyers on financial arrangements related to export transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of financial documents.

Mr. Glick is a member of the Federal Bar Association and The Federalist Society. Mr. Glick is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Glick received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his A.B. from John Hopkins University where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
Before joining Vorys, Mr. Glick was with General Counsel for the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Eximbank), a position he held from 1975 through 1984. He also served as Eximbank's acting Executive Vice President, Vice President and Senior Vice President for Financing, and Assistant General Counsel. During his 29 years at Eximbank he held several senior legal and non-legal managerial positions.
