Jared S. Dinkes
Mr. Dinkes is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the commercial and real estate group and corporate group. His practice focuses on commercial lending, debt financing transactions and general corporate matters. Mr. Dinkes has significant experience in public equity offerings, including initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, tender offers and exchange offers. Mr. Dinkes also advises companies on corporate and securities law matters, including Exchange Act periodic reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, corporate governance matters and Section 16 reporting.
Mr. Dinkes received his J.D. cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was Articles Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. He received his M.A. from Duke University and received his B.A. summa cum laude with highest departmental honors from State University of New York At Binghamton where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Before joining Vorys, Mr. Dinkes practiced in the area of global capital market transactions in Chicago.
