Erin L. Dickinson
Ms. Dickinson is an associate in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the litigation group. She has represented clients before state and federal courts throughout the United States in products liability matters, antitrust investigations, insurance and other contract disputes, corporate criminal investigations, and other types of business litigation.
Career highlights include:
- Representing several product manufacturers as part of national coordinating counsel teams in defense of product liability claims
- Representing an airplane engine manufacturer in the successful decertification of a class of aircraft owners affected by a service bulletin regarding engine crankshafts
- Representing parties in investigations being conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division
- Representing parties in internal investigations concerning compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and the Sherman Act
- Representing corporate policyholders in litigation against their insurers arising out of environmental, product liability and property damage liabilities
Ms. Dickinson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
Ms. Dickinson received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
