Jean R. Crosmun

Ms. Crosmun is a senior attorney in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. Her practice focuses on representing lenders, owners and developers in the financing, purchase, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate properties. Ms. Crosmun has significant experience in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured financings, including construction loans and refinance loans on apartment properties, nursing homes and assisted living facilities nationwide.

Ms. Crosmun received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
