Shantae D. Clayborn
Ms. Clayborn is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group, where she specializes in financial institution, workers’ compensation and commercial litigation. Ms. Clayborn’s practice also includes representation of business entities in eviction and foreclosure actions.
Her notable experience includes:
- Obtaining dismissals in favor of financial institutions involved in contested foreclosure litigation
- Successfully defending companies in litigation matters involving workers’ compensation
- Successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants in consumer sales practice act disputes
Ms. Clayborn is a member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Clayborn received her J.D. from Capital University Law School where she was a member of the Order of the Curia. She received her B.A. from The Ohio State University.
