Steven A. Chang
Mr. Chang is an associate in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the litigation group. His practice focuses on general business litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, mortgage fraud, toxic tort, bankruptcy and workers' compensation claims. For a financial institution, Mr. Chang also serves as a member of the national coordinating counsel team for defending contested mortgage litigation in multiple states. His practice also incorporates alternative dispute mechanisms to resolve lender liability claims arising out of residential foreclosure litigation.
Mr. Chang is a member of the Akron Bar Association.
Mr. Chang received his J.D. magna cum laude from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Order of the Barristers and moot court. He also served as the senior editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review. He received his B.A. cum laude from Texas Tech University.
