The Seymour Trip

Our former partner, Jim Seymour, was an outstanding trial attorney who practiced at the firm from 1929 to 1982. Mr. Seymour was also an avid traveler who believed that exposure to other cultures was an important, enriching experience – especially for lawyers. Forty years ago he established the Seymour Plan, which has helped more than 100 Vorys associates travel to Europe. Each year, the firm pays round-trip air fare for six associates to continental Europe.
