Vorys seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of employee benefit plans experience. Candidate should have familiarity with the establishment, maintenance, governance and corrective programs for qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation, insurance benefits, short- and long-term cash and equity-based incentive plans, and early retirement programs. Vorys seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in litigation with specific experience in oil and gas litigation and real estate litigation.
