Virginia S. Buda

Ms. Buda is a paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office specializing in the area of real estate.  She assists clients in the review of title commitments, title policies and surveys, and the preparation of loan documents for federally insured commercial mortgage lending and other commercial financing transactions related to multi-million dollar loans.  Ms. Buda is also licensed by the state of Ohio as a title insurance agent.
