Kent A. Britt
Mr. Britt is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation practice group. He focuses on business, commercial, employment, construction and insurance litigation. Mr. Britt’s experience includes products liability, ethics, legal malpractice, white collar crime, personal injury and will contests in addition to being involved in a number of class action matters.
His notable experience includes:
- Defending a large manufacturer in putative class action against sexual harassment claims
- Defending former executives against claims for violation of non-compete, tortious interference, trademark infringement and conversion
- Prosecuting claims to enforce rights in chattel paper and obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement
Mr. Britt is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. Britt has given presentations on alternative dispute resolution, the fundamentals of construction law and the competitive bidding process.
Mr. Britt received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University.
