Tiffany Bingham Briscoe
Ms. Briscoe is an associate in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the litigation group. Ms. Briscoe specializes in litigation and trial work in premises liability, products liability, and employee wrongful death cases throughout Texas. An experienced litigator, Ms. Briscoe also handles commercial litigation matters, including the representation of financial and lending institutions in real estate litigation cases. In addition, she has significant appellate experience before several intermediate Texas courts of appeal, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Briscoe was a clerk for the Hon. Eric T. Washington, Chief Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She is a former Assistant Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law, where she taught courses in legal analysis, research, and writing. She was recognized as a Texas Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2010.
Ms. Briscoe received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she worked as a research assistant to the Hon. A. Leon Higginbotham. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Xavier University of Louisiana.
