Jonathan P. Beck
Mr. Beck is a staff attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group. His practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises corporate and tax exempt employers and institutional clients in matters relating to qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, tax-sheltered annuities, 457 deferred compensation programs, golden parachute payments, including distributions from such programs.
Mr. Beck is a member of the Columbus Bar Association.
Mr. Beck has spoken on the Pension Protection Act of 2006, claims procedures, loan regulations, and has made numerous presentations on regulatory changes in the employee benefits field.
Mr. Beck is also a Certified Pension Consultant and a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
