David E. Barnes

Mr. Barnes is a commercial and real estate paralegal in the Vorys Cincinnati office.  He assists with document and UCC preparation, maintains closing files for commercial and real estate attorneys, handles filings at the county and state levels and conducts title, lien and encumbrance searches.  He has extensive experience in commercial, corporate, real estate, banking, finance and municipal matters.
