Kenneth A. Stump

Cleveland Office

Mr. Stump is a staff attorney in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group.  His practice is concentrated mainly in workers ' compensation and asbestos/toxic tort litigation.  Mr. Stump appears throughout Ohio representing self-insured and state fund employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the Courts on issues such as original and additional allowance of claims, safety violations, and death claims.

His notable experience includes:

• Serving as first chair in jury trials
• Briefing and presenting oral arguments before appellate courts
• Practicing before the Supreme Court of Ohio

Mr. Stump is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Stump has given several presentations on various workers' compensation issues including reimbursement from the Surplus Fund and proper termination of an injured worker.

Mr. Stump received his J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and his B.S.B.A. from Boston University.
