Mr. Hoover is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office.  He is a member of the tax group and specializes in the area of federal tax.

Mr. Hoover is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Hoover received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law where he was an Articles Editor for The Ohio State Law Journal.  He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Miami University.

Mr. Hoover was a judicial extern for The Honorable Thomas J. Moyer of the Supreme Court of Ohio in the Spring of 2004.
