Donald A. Brown

Mr. Brown is a staff attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance group. He practices in all areas of insurance law and litigation where he represents foreign and domestic insurance companies, insurance agents and agencies, insurance holding companies, health insuring corporations, third party administrators and multiple employer welfare arrangements.

His notable experience includes:

• Serving as in-house counsel to The Credit Life Insurance Company of Springfield, Ohio

Mr. Brown is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Brown received his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Brown was in-house counsel to The Credit Life Insurance Company of Springfield, Ohio and before that he was an insurance agent.
