Mr. Beachler is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the corporate and finance group.  His practice includes securities and public finance, as well as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and state and municipal bonds and financing.

Mr. Beachler received his J.D. and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the Technology, Law and Policy Journal.  He received his B.A. from Yale University.
