Mr. Kuhl is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  His practice includes business, employment, construction, commercial and contract litigation.  Mr. Kuhl also represents property owners and municipalities in eminent domain disputes and currently serves as a prosecutor for the City of Bexley, Ohio.

His notable experience includes:

• Prosecuting various municipal offenses, including building code and criminal violations, for the City of Bexley, Ohio

Mr. Kuhl is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Kuhl received his J.D. from Capital University Law School magna cum laude and his B.B.A. from Ohio University.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Kuhl held several project management positions in information technology for a major insurance company.
