Kristin L. Woeste
Cincinnati Office
Ms. Woeste is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the commercial and real estate practice group. Her practice focuses on real estate financing transactions and general real estate matters.
Her notable experience includes:
- As a judicial clerk, preparing bench memoranda for a wide array of cases argued before the Fourth Circuit
- As Editor in Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, overseeing the quarterly publication of legal scholarship in a variety of fields
Ms. Woeste is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
Ms. Woeste received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif and was Editor in Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Ms. Woeste received her B.S. from Ohio University as a graduate of the Honors Tutorial College.
Ms. Woeste served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Roger L. Gregory of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
