Mr. Lusenhop is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  His practice focuses on health care litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, toxic tort defense, and matters affecting public and quasi-public bodies, and health care providers.  He has significant experience involving public records litigation, open meetings laws, administrative hearings and licensure disputes, Medicaid contracting and billing controversies, and state and federal constitutional rights and liabilities.

His notable experience includes:

• Defending healthcare providers in high profile licensure and compliance controversies
• Advocating for the rights of behavioral healthcare providers and patients to provide and to receive proper services
• Prosecuting and defending the claims of Ohio businesses and individuals in courts throughout Ohio and across the nation

Mr. Lusenhop received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.S. cum laude from Miami University.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Lusenhop spent six years as a private business owner and operator in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky.
