Christina M. Lyons

Columbus Office

Ms. Lyons is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and finance practice group.  She is engaged in mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies and has also assisted in the start-up of de novo banks.

Ms. Lyons received her J.D. magna cum laude from Capital University Law School and her B.S. from The Ohio State University.
