John F. Bennett

Cincinnati Office

Mr. Bennett is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation group.  Mr. Bennett concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation.  He represents clients in a wide array of litigation matters including trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and unfair competition.

His notable experience includes:

• Successfully representing businesses in both state and federal courts in litigation matters, ranging from trademark and copyright actions to defending claims of employment discrimination and harassment

Mr. Bennett is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Mr. Bennett received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from The University of Saint Thomas cum laude.

Before joining Vorys, Mr. Bennett was an associate with the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP.
