Joshua N. Stine
Cincinnati Office
Mr. Stine is an Associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation practice. Mr. Stine practices in general litigation with particular experience in contractual disputes, tort actions, commercial transactions, and construction disputes. Mr. Stine has experience representing corporations in qui tam and False Claims Act cases.
Notable experience includes:
- Obtaining a favorable verdict in a construction dispute involving a novel legal issue
- Successfully defending a multi-million dollar collective action
Mr. Stine is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Mr. Stine received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he graduated with honors. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Indiana University.
