Ariel A. Falk

Cincinnati Office

Ms. Falk is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. Ms. Falk specializes in bankruptcy and commercial real estate matters. She represents creditors and other parties in all facets of bankruptcy cases, contested matters and adversary proceedings. Her practice focuses on representing lenders, owners and developers in the financing, purchase, sale and development of commercial real estate properties. Ms. Falk has significant experience in Federal Housing Administration insured financings of loans for new construction, purchase or refinancing of apartment complexes, nursing homes, senior housing projects, assisted living and board and care facilities involving various structures. 

Ms. Falk is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and Tulsa County Bar Association.

Ms. Falk received her J.D. and M.A. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and her B.A. from the Purdue University.

Ms. Falk served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dana L. Rasure of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.
