Craig A. Hoffman
Cincinnati Office
Mr. Hoffman is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the litigation practice group. Mr. Hoffman has successfully represented a variety of interests in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts including contract, warranty and negligent construction, premises liability and product liability claims.
Notable experience includes:
- Member of a trial team that obtained a $163 million settlement of False Claims Act and fraud claims against a pharmacy benefit manager
- Effectively represented defendants against claims for injunctive relief involving real property and contract disputes
- Successfully obtained the dismissal of a product liability complaint over an exploding tire at the close of the plaintiff’s case
Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.
Mr. Hoffman received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to joining Vorys, Mr. Hoffman was a clerk for U.S. Department of Labor Administrative Law Judge Thomas F. Phalen from 2002-2004, and then an attorney at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, LLP.
