Donna F. Prehm
Columbus Office
Ms. Prehm is the Director of Paralegals and works in the Vorys Columbus office. She is responsible for the management and oversight of all the paralegals, practice group assistants and project assistants in all of the firm’s offices. Her responsibilities include recruitment, orientation, training, evaluations, salary administration, discipline, and policy administration.
Ms. Prehm has been a frequent speaker on a variety of topics regarding paralegal management, including utilization, profitability, recruitment, and retention of paralegals. She has spoken to members of the International Paralegal Management Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.
