Kenneth A. Golonka, Jr.

Mr. Golonka is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. His practice involves all areas of real estate development, including acquisition, zoning, financing and construction. Mr. Golonka has represented numerous major manufacturers, commercial developers, and institutional users and has also worked with various residential developers and builders.
Career highlights include:
- Representing major manufacturers with respect to site selection, acquisition, zoning and construction of facilities
- Coordinating the acquisition of urban property and negotiating numerous contracts in connection with a major hospital expansion
Mr. Golonka is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Golonka received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.A. with honors from the University of Notre Dame.
