Ms. Siciliano is a commercial and real estate paralegal in the Vorys Akron office.  She routinely prepares pleadings, notices and exhibits which are filed in state and federal courts to assist the lawyer of record in the administration of lawsuits, and provides general litigation support in those matters.  In addition, she gathers information regarding the title to real and personal property, liens and encumbrances against the property and information regarding the debtor or mortgagor’s equity for collection of debts due to our clients.  Ms. Siciliano is familiar with state, county and federal government agencies and procedures.  She utilizes numerous search engines for obtaining information pertaining to personal or residential property and persons and business in general.
