Kim D. Lewis
Columbus Office
Ms. Lewis is a litigation paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. She has significant experience in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, including white-collar crime, pro-bono death penalty appeals, medical malpractice, personal injury, anti-trust litigation, contract disputes, and corporate compliance issues. Ms. Lewis is proficient in database development and electronic case management and she is also a member of the firm’s Core Group concerning the new Federal Rules regarding e-discovery.
Ms. Lewis has spoken on electronic trial presentation, e-discovery, subpoena issuance and service, and the effective use of paralegals. She has also assisted in presentations to the Ohio Attorney General’s office regarding case management and discovery issues.
