Ms. Toma is a workers’ compensation paralegal in the Vorys Cleveland office.  She has significant experience in workers’ compensation law as well as asbestos claims and litigation.  Her diversified background includes expertise with most court systems in the Northern Ohio area, preparation and filing of pleadings, preparation and service of subpoenas, internet-based investigations, and assistance up to and at trial.
