Mr. Weigand is a commercial paralegal in the Vorys Cleveland office.  He assists on public finance deals, general corporate and commercial matters, including real estate and bankruptcy.  Mr. Weigand is experienced in all facets of legal research, including public records and case law.  He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, secured transactions, and general business compliance.  Mr. Weigand also assists the public finance group with bond deal diligence, closing certificate drafting and closing facilitation.
