Ms. Swank is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group.  She specializes in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits.

Ms. Swank received her J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.  While in law school, she served as an intern to the Honorable Guy L. Reece II of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, General Division and as a teaching assistant to Professor Morgan E. Shipman.  Ms. Swank received her B.S.S.W. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
