Mr. Hipsher is a corporate paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. He has extensive experience in the areas of processing the legal organization of corporations and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate dissolutions, registrations of corporations and limited liability companies to conduct business in states (outside their “domestic states”).  He also is involved in general corporate compliance and corporate records maintenance, including the drafting of board resolutions authorizing transactions, the preparation of agreements evidencing the transfer of assets and liabilities, the administration and maintenance of a client’s computer database containing corporate information for several hundred companies, and the preparation of organizational charts illustrating ownership of a corporation’s subsidiaries.
