Ms. Heckert is an immigration paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. She prepares immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for family-based and employment-based cases and has significant experience with Applications for Permanent Employment Certification (PERM applications).  Ms. Heckert also plays a significant role in fact gathering, client communication, legal research and the preparation of various employment-based visa petitions, including E-2, H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1 and TN petitions.
