Cindy D. Fricke

Columbus Office

Ms. Fricke is a bankruptcy paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office. Her area of expertise is bankruptcy and federal litigation. She researches and analyzes preference defenses, proofs of claim, schedules and statement of affairs, and diverse motions and objections. She also researches and drafts pleadings for both debtor and creditor in chapter 11 cases.

Ms. Fricke is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. 

Ms. Fricke became a Certified Paralegal in 1992 and received her certification by the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist in 1997.

Ms. Fricke taught review courses for the Certification of Legal Assistants at Midwestern State University, Department of Continuing Education, Wichita Falls, Texas for 2 years.
