Jesse Cook-Dubin is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the commercial and real estate group. His practice focuses primarily on business bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Cook-Dubin is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and admitted to the Ohio State Bar.

Mr. Cook-Dubin received his J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2006 where he was also the Managing Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.  He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2001.

Mr. Cook-Dubin was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Martin, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Wisconsin in 2006-2007.
