Ms. Grossberg is an associate in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and a member of the litigation practice group.  She specializes in the areas of legal malpractice defense, ethics and professional responsibility and insurance law, including insurance coverage and bad faith.

Her notable experience includes conducting jury and bench trials, arbitrations and mediations and defending national insurance carriers in first and third party claims arising out of tort and contract disputes.

Ms. Grossberg received her J.D. cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she served as a staff member and the Note and Comment Editor of the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law & Policy.  She received her A.B. cum laude from the University of Georgia.

Ms. Grossberg is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
